Our mission underpins all of our work. We provide Consultancy and Advice to our clients to increase the effectiveness of their technology, we provide Service Management to ensure that their IT systems remain effective, we deliver Training and Learning so that they can make good use of their technology and we use Software Development to produce new and highly effective IT systems for them.

We undertake this work inside a strict framework of professional conduct that emphasises our duty to the public interest, our fiduciary duty to our clients and our duty to the IT profession.

We uphold the Code of Conduct of BCS The Chartered Institute for IT, which is required by its 1984 Royal Charter to establish and maintain the standards of professional competence, conduct and ethical practice for IT practitioners based in the United Kingdom.

We make sure that our work complies with these strict standards by ensuring that every client assignment is supervised by a chartered professional (usually a Chartered IT Professional or Chartered Engineer) and that every fee earner has agreed to abide by these codes as well as the codes of conduct of other professional bodies that cover their particular specialisms.
