Recruitment

Revell Research Systems is always pleased to hear from bright and motivated people who feel that they can help us to grow.

However, you should bear in mind that we are a small practice that orchestrates a large contractor ecosystem. We do not have a formal graduate recruitment programme and we only occasionally appoint full or part time employed consultants.

Consequently, we may not be looking to make an appointment when you initially approach us, but we would be happy to retain your details (if you agree), so that we can consider you for any future posts that you might be interested in.

Nonetheless, Revell Research Systems does offer a distinctive opportunity for graduates who want to apply their computing knowledge in a professional consultancy environment. Based in Exeter and working with clients across the United Kingdom, the practice combines technical expertise with business insight, giving consultants exposure to a broad range of real-world challenges.

We are particularly interested in talented graduates who are ambitious, intellectually curious and committed to high professional standards. Rather than seeking specialists in a narrow field, it values people who can combine analytical thinking with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A key attraction for many graduates will be the firm's commitment to professional development and chartered status. Revell Research Systems actively encourages consultants to work towards recognised professional registration, particularly as Chartered IT Professionals (CITP) and, where appropriate, Chartered Engineers (CEng).

The practice has a well-defined career development path for staff built around the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA), which assists consultants understand their professional growth and build the competencies expected of experienced technology professionals, and aims to help them qualify as Chartered IT Professionals.

Professional integrity lies at the heart of the organisation. Independence, honesty, integrity, impartiality and objectivity are fundamental values that shape both client relationships and day-to-day decision making. Recruits joining the practice become part of a culture that places ethics and professionalism at the centre of its work.

The Consultancy also believes strongly in continuous learning. Consultants are encouraged to develop new skills, broaden their expertise and take time to think critically about the challenges they encounter, recognising that the best solutions are often built on careful analysis and reflection.

As a Consultancy serving professional service firms and smaller corporates, Revell Research Systems offers exposure to a diverse client base. This variety provides an excellent foundation for graduates wishing to develop both technical and commercial experience.

The organisation places great emphasis on teamwork, open communication and personal accountability. Employees are encouraged to contribute ideas, learn from colleagues and take responsibility for delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

Revell Research Systems believes that everyone has the capacity to excel. The practice seeks to invest in its people, stretching them professionally, offering opportunities for growth and creating an environment that is challenging, stimulating and enjoyable.

For computing graduates seeking a career that combines technical excellence, professional recognition and meaningful client work, Revell Research Systems presents an appealing opportunity. The chance to work towards Chartered status while developing alongside experienced professionals makes the Consultancy an attractive destination for those aiming to build a long-term career in technology consulting.

If you do join us, you will be joining a firm at the heart of an ecosystem of influential thought leaders, working with highly experienced associates who are committed to advancing their disciplines, sharing knowledge and helping shape the future of management and technology consulting.
