About Us
Ethics has been a founding principle of Revell Research Systems since its establishment in
1985. As an independent and impartial management and technology consultancy , we believe that
ethical business practices,
professional integrity and responsibility to society are essential to long-term success.
Our approach to technology consulting is guided by professional ethics, evidence-based advice
and an unwavering commitment to the public interest. We provide independent recommendations
that are free from vendor influence and focused solely on what is best for our clients.
We select our suppliers carefully and deal with them fairly. We favour suppliers that are
local and that act in an ethical way themselves. We understand the importance of cashflow
to other businesses and pay our bills promptly.
We value the diversity of our people and look to provide them with exciting and challenging
work that helps them develop as individuals. Their safety and welfare is paramount to us.
We support their professional development and encourage them to actively engage in society
through voluntary work.
We take our stewardship of the resources we control and how we use them seriously. We promote
sustainability and act to reduce our own impact on the environment as much as possible. We
abhor waste.
We support the communities that we work in by encouraging our employees to become active in
them and by acting directly as a company to support initiatives where we can. We work with
local community groups and charities to help them improve their own use of information technology.
From our base in Exeter, we support organisations throughout the United Kingdom and, where
appropriate, across Western Europe. Regardless of location, we seek to build long-term relationships
founded on trust, professionalism, ethical conduct and independent advice that serves the
best interests of our clients.
We are passionate about professionalism in IT and strictly observe our duty to the public
interest, to our clients and to the profession as a whole.
We believe in forging long-term relationships with all those that we deal with and always
look to negotiate mutually advantageous "win-win" agreements that all parties benefit from.
We do not believe that business is about winning at all costs and do not work with
people who do.
We value people, whoever and wherever they are, but we will not work with individuals or organisations
that we perceive as unethical.
