Our lawful purposes are Consent, Contract, Legal Obligation and Legitimate Interest.
In cases where an individual volunteers their personal contact details in order
to expedite a client matter, we will process their data based on Consent. This
is in contrast to where we acquire those details because our work strictly necessitates
them to fulfil our contractual obligations to the client.

business processes and in protecting and asserting our, your or another's legal
rights; and to properly administer its business and back up its data.
These lawful purposes are detailed in Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR):-
-
the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data
for one or more specific purposes (Article 6(1)(a)).
-
processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject
is party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into
a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
-
processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller
is subject (Article 6(1)(c)).
-
processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by
the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by
the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require
protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child
(Article 6(1)(f)).
How are we collecting this information?
We collect personal data from our clients concerning those people working for or
on their behalf who will in some way be subject to the professional services we
are delivering.
For instance, a client will provide us with details about you to set you up on their
and our systems or because you are attending a training programme that we are delivering.
We also collect personal details directly from data subjects working for or on behalf
of a client as they interact with us.

details.
