The purpose of Revell Research Systems is to make technology count for organisations, so that we all ultimately serve society better. Purpose Statement

We provide Consultancy and Advice, Service Management, Software Development, Training and Learning solutions, built on our four disciplines of Strategy and Governance; Systems Management; Network Engineering; Software Engineering, delivered through our four service specialisms of Consulting; Training; Support; and Implementation.

Technology is an enabler, but it needs to be properly harnessed in order to make technology count. Clients value independent and impartial advice and support to help them select and implement the right technology for their organisation.

We work with our clients to help them exploit the opportunities that rapidly emerging technology presents, while assisting them to mitigate the risks arising from more mature technologies.

Organisations that innovate around emerging technology can gain considerable competitive advantage by fundamentally disrupting the markets they operate in. Very few organisations survive more than one hundred years. Those that do know they must constantly innovate and be ready to be the prime mover or fast follower in adopting new approaches to creating value for their customers. They require trusted advice and support to spot and act on the right emerging opportunities.

There is also a need to understand that as competitive advantage ebbs from maturing technologies, organisations must shift to mitigating the risks that start to emerge. Failing to grasp this change can be catastrophic for a firm if an emergent risk materialises. A lot of matured technology simply no longer offers any form of competitive advantage, but has become a strategic necessity in order to conduct business. If it fails, so does the business.

Today, digital transformation offers organisations considerable opportunity to disrupt their markets and gain competitive advantage, while there are considerable risks in cyber security that organisations must mitigate in order to remain successful.
