you to work for us or that exists between you and the Company as a member.

- the start and end dates of your engagement

notes, references, evidence of your qualifications and other background documentation

The Company may also collect, use and process information about criminal convictions
and offences.

Who can see your information within the Company?
Only authorised directors, staff and associates may access your data.
How long is your information kept?
We will only keep your information for as long as necessary. The retention period
is either dictated by law or our legitimate requirements. Once your information
is no longer needed it will be securely and confidentially destroyed.
We typically retain personal data relating to associates for six years after the
completion of the financial year in which their employer (our contractor) last
provided services to us based on the Limitation Act 1980.
